get to know Your instructor

I started SimplyStrongMBC because I have seen firsthand how movement and connection can change lives, including my own.

As a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, I have watched people go from feeling nervous and self-conscious to discovering strength they never thought they had. That confidence carries far beyond the workout space.

SimplyStrongMBC is about creating a safe, supportive environment where adults of all experience levels can feel strong, capable, and connected.
