Who is simply strong?
First of all, we all are SimplyStrong! Might seem a bit cheesy, but it’s really true. We all have lived lives that have required us to be strong in one way or another - physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. Life is HARD sometimes!
You’re also strong for being here! So thank you! Now, I now you want to learn more about why I started SimplyStrongMBC and how I approach movement and connection. Here goes!
My Own journey inspired me…
I started SimplyStrongMBC because I’ve seen firsthand how movement and connection can change lives—mine included. As a coach, I’ve watched women go from feeling nervous and self-conscious to discovering incredible strength, both physically and mentally. Seeing them accomplish something they never thought possible, and watching their confidence grow, is why I do this.
My own journey with mental health, from struggling with depression to battling anxiety, has shown me how powerful movement. It helped me reconnect with myself, prove to myself that I can do hard things, and find strength beyond the physical. But more than that, having a supportive community made all the difference.

This isn’t about weight loss
It’s about how you feel in your body and your mind. I focus on safe movement, education, and building inner and outer strength in a way that feels good for you. In our community, there’s no judgment—only encouragement. We lift each other up, cheer each other on, and create connections that go beyond the workouts.
If you’re hesitant to start, I get it. But don’t let fear hold you back. Come try just one workout, see how you feel—no pressure, no expectations, just a safe space to move, connect, and have fun!
Oh, and when I’m not coaching…
When I’m not coaching, you can find me surrounded by my four dogs and four cats, out and about helping raise funds for our local humane society, or out fostering connection, movement, and mindfulness within the community.
Community is at the heart of everything I do, both in and out of the gym.
